Why show your prices when most agencies don't?
Because you wanted to know now — not after a phone call and a week's wait. Hiding the number behind a form mostly protects the agency, not you. We'd rather you see it, decide, and talk to us only if you actually want to.
What if I'm between two tiers?
Ask us, and we'll point you to the honest answer — even when it's the cheaper one. We'd rather build the right thing once than talk you into something you don't need.
Do you work with other dentists in my area?
In a smaller town, no — the whole town is yours. In a city or metro, we won't build another practice within 4 km of yours. Either way, once your area is granted it's permanent: we'll never drop you to take on a bigger practice later. On the Map doesn't include exclusivity, so it starts at The Full Practice. The exact boundary is set out in your agreement.
Can I really pay it off as we go?
Yes. The two full builds start with a R2 000 deposit, and the balance is split across the build as milestones land. You pay as the work appears, not up front for a promise.
Do I own the website?
Yes — the site is yours, on your own domain. No lock-in, and you're never held hostage to keep paying us to keep it online.
I already have a website — do I lose anything in a rebuild?
No. Anything that already works on your current site, you keep — the floor is "at least what you have now, done properly," and we build up from there. A rebuild is meant to lose the problems, not the things you rely on.
What about content, photos and copy?
We write the words and shape the structure — that's included. For photos of your practice and team we'll guide you, and anything showing patients needs their consent, handled properly. The one thing that sets the timeline is how quickly you get us the bits only you have.
Is it HPCSA and POPIA compliant?
We build with the HPCSA's advertising rules and POPIA in mind from the start — it's why we don't do fake reviews, invented numbers or claims we can't stand behind. We're not your lawyers, so anything borderline we flag for you to confirm, but the default is to keep you on the safe side.
